This add-on is for existing Full Members in New Zealand who wish to join NZMSA’s groups liability insurance.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer insurance to members outside New Zealand.
Members who wish to purchase Insurance will need to complete a proposal form and send it to insurance@nzsma.org.nz at least 6 weeks before the start of the new insurance year. The proposal forms will be submitted to our broker who will liaise with our Insurers to negotiate the rate for the upcoming year. Only members who have submitted an accepted proposal form will be named on the Insurance Policy for the upcoming year. If members wish to be added to the policy after it has been issued at the start of the Insurance Year, there will be an additional administration charge of $30+gst added to the cost of the Insurance for that member to be added to the policy document.
Once the new proposal form is available it will be uploaded, you can then complete it and send to insurance@nzsma.org.nz
Please also note that you will NOT have liability cover UNTIL we received your completed insurance proposal form.
