This add-on is for existing Full Members in New Zealand who wish to join NZMSA’s groups liability insurance.
Only the members whose completed forms have been forwarded to our broker before the end of November will be named on the new policy document at the renewal date of 1 December.
Please read the Sample proposal form for the correct way to complete it, if your form is not complete or does not meet the policy conditions below, your form will NOT be accepted.
Once we receive your completed proposal form it will be submitted to our broker, if approved you will be added to our Policy Document.
If members wish to be added to the policy after it has been issued at the start of the Insurance Year, an additional endorsement charge of $30+gst ($34.50) is included in to the cost of the Insurance for that member to be added to the policy document.
Those members who completed their forms before the cut off, and are listed in the 1st Issue of the Policy will not be charged the endorsement fee. (they will be issued a discount code for $30+gst when they pay for Insurance)
NZSMA Insurance runs from 1 December @ 4.00pm to 1 December @ 3.59pm the following year.

You will receive an email confirming that your order is complete, this means your proposal form has been accepted by our broker and your name is being added to the policy (this can take up to a week)
